    Westmoreland Clear #400 Wellington Decanter
    Up for your consideration is an EAPG decanter made by Westmoreland Specialty Company. This decanter features the RARE pattern #400 Wellington a.k.a Staple that was produced circa 1900. It stands 8" tall, and measures 2 1/4" diameter across the top, and about 5" across the bottom. It does have some hard water residue in it. It has no chips, cracks, or breaks.
