Depression Westmoreland Art Deco Orange & Black Compote

I believe this vintage compote is from the depression era made by Westmoreland, but I can't say for sure. It is 4 1/8" tall and 5 7/8" wide. Clear glass with painted orange outside and black underneath rim. There are no chips or cracks, but the black paint shows a little wear along the edge as seen in pictures.
